 - what does this start with?

PA - supporting PA instead of reading a book?

decoding is the missing link between a high reader/low writer

if decoding in text, then there is no comprehension.

Fluency box - known text, they can read it correctly.

Inference
Vocab
May have to introduce realia for ELL
